Padue connects drivers with independent service providers for roadside assistance including towing, flat tire repair, jumpstarts, fuel delivery, and more. We act as a platform and are not responsible for the quality of service provided by third-party providers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate location and vehicle information
• You agree to pay for services rendered as agreed
• You must not misuse the platform or harass providers
• You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your vehicle

4. Provider Responsibilities

All service providers are independent contractors. They are responsible for maintaining proper licensing, insurance, and professional conduct. Padue verifies providers but does not guarantee their performance.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely. Prices are shown before confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a provider has been dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability

Padue is not liable for any damages resulting from service provider actions or vehicle issues. Our liability is limited to the value of the service requested.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
